Terms & Conditions
 
The experience session will take place during the beekeeping season which is May to July and normally on a weekday with exception to some weekends (Monday to Friday).
 
If you are buying this as a gift and don't know the date they will wont please use the gift option.
 
If the dates shown are not convenient please email us for an alternative.
 
The cost is per person
Session length – 2 to 3 hours.
Start Time – no earlier than 10am
 
Cancellation – If for any reason the session is cancelled by you before 2 weeks of the session, 25% of the session fee will be retained and the balance returned to the account that booked the session. 
Cancellation within 2 weeks before the session will incur a 50% fee. 
If you booked via a third party then your cancellation refund will be based on the fee the third party pay Park Farm Cottage. 
If you cancel within the week before the session no refund is available.
Any amended booking dates are exempt from cancellation refunds. 
Spectators are not allowed I’m afraid due to safety issues.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
