These terms apply whenever you use this website, place an order with us, or book a Bee Experience session with Park Farm Cottage Bee Products ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Our products

​

All beeswax wraps, bags, candles and honey are handmade in small batches at Park Farm Cottage. Because each item is handmade, small variations in colour, pattern and size are normal and not considered faults.

3. Orders and payment

​

• Orders are placed and paid for through our online shop, powered by Wix Stores

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund

• We aim to dispatch orders within [X] working days — this will be confirmed at checkout

4. Delivery

​

We deliver within the UK via [courier/Royal Mail — TBC]. Delivery timeframes and costs are shown at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within [X] working days, please contact us.

5. Returns and refunds

​

• If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened items within [14] days of delivery for a refund, at your own cost for return postage

• Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — please contact us with photos of the issue within [X] days of delivery

• For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on honey or food items once opened

6. Bee Experience bookings

​

• Bee Experience sessions are weather‑dependent. We'll confirm at least the day before your session whether it's going ahead; if not, we'll offer a reschedule as soon as possible

• Sessions may also be booked through third‑party platforms such as Red Letter Days or Buyagift — their own booking terms will also apply

• Cancellations made by you: [cancellation/refund policy — TBC with Toni]

• Bee suits are provided; participants must bring their own wellington boots

• Participation is at the discretion of the beekeeper on the day, for the safety of guests and the bees

7. Allergies and safety

​

Our products contain beeswax, honey and pollen traces. If you have any known allergies to bee products, please check with us before ordering or booking a Bee Experience. Beeswax wraps are not recommended for use with raw meat.

8. Website use

​

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or copying our content (text, photos, logo) without permission.

9. Intellectual property

​

All content on this site — text, photographs, logos and designs — belongs to Park Farm Cottage Bee Products unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our permission.

10. Liability

​

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, except where this can't be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. Changes to these terms

​

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

​

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
